How We Work Together
Focus is on your awareness, actions, accountability and achievement of your goals. Regular coaching sessions help you to be consistent, creative and moving forward to reach your goals. Me as your coach will bring care and challenge for you to feel good as you step out of your comfort zone.
Sessions can be in English or Croatian, over Zoom, typically 60 minutes, every other week. Sessions are all about you and topics you want to work on.

Experience of 25 years in business, leadership and coaching roles brings ability to be with you on your growth and development journey. As a coach I have invested great time in education and certification (ACC - Associate Certified Coach by International Coaching Federation), having broad set of clients globally.
Still - key for our joint success is my passion to help people grow, give them full trust and care and mix that with a challenges that push you forward.
Here are some examples of topics and successes achieved working with my coachees:
- Increasing the power on the meetings, by accentuating the values and knowledge that the coachee already had. Working on positioning as a female talent in a majority male meeting rooms helped get promoted two times in 18 months.
- Building assertiveness and delegation skills to keep the personal well-being at right level. Additional outcome, on top of avoiding burn-out situations was great reception of change by other team members as they got more autonomy instead of micro management. Leader got personal benefits as well as better business execution and more motivated team
